A seven member executive board from diverse professional backgrounds governs SAADHANA. The diversity of technical expertise on the board includes micro finance, accounting, finance, medicine, and social work. The vast experience and commitment of the board paved the way towards realizing the organization’s true potential in terms of providing sustainable financial services to the poor people.

Mr.G.DASHRATH REDDY is the President of the executive board who is a veteran social worker. He is presently Managing Director of the “Future Financial Services Limited”, Chittoor, which is a NBFC, engaged in microfinance with multi state operations. He has been practicing Microfinance for the last two decades. His rich experience is an added advantage for the governance.
Mrs.K. MADHAVI is Vice–President of the executive board. She is having rich experience as advisor for financial services especially in Insurance, mutual funds and tax saving. She is a qualified IRDA & AMFI advisor. She is also a state first rank holder in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management course conducted by AP productivity council.

Mr. M.ERNEST PAUL is the founder Secretary and CEO. He has done his masters degree in commerce with specialization in banking & insurance as well as a three year diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He has close to 2 decades experience and exposure in both commercial and development sectors in which the last twelve years exclusively in Micro Finance. He had been instrumental at SHARE in pioneering the replication of Grameen Bank - Bangladesh in Andhra Pradesh during his stint with SHARE.

Mr.S.VIJAYA BHASKER is the Treasurer of the executive board. He has been associated with a number of reputed voluntary organizations as a financial expert and free lance microfinance consultant. His experience in the MF Sector is close to 2 decades.

Mr.B.SESHA REDDY is a member of the executive board and noted audit practioner at kurnool with ten years promising experience.
Dr.K.RAJA SEKHAR is a member of the executive board and gynecologist by profession. He is the founder of CN Maternity Hospitals, Kurnool.

Mrs.V.INDIRA JAYASHREE is a member of the executive board and retired Teacher.
